Ball mill is an important mineral processing equipment. During the use of the ball mill, problems such as wear, loose links, deterioration of the oil, and corrosion of the metal structure are inevitable in each link, which causes the technical, economic and safety performance of the ball mill to be reduced at different degrees. Therefore, when the wear of the ball mill parts has not yet caused the impact on production efficiency, ball mills'regular maintenance and service should be carried out.
The regular maintenance of ball mill can be combined with the ball mill overhaul. It includes three aspects :daily inspection, lubrication inspection and daily cleaning.
The on-the-job personnel are required to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment as well as the names, specifications and functions of the various components, and inspect the ball mill according to the inspection standards, time and items specified by the inspection card, and make a record. Defects that fall within the scope of self-repair should be dealt with in a timely manner, and problems outside the scope of self-repair should be reported timely.
Check the main bearing hydraulic station, motor dilute oil station, jet lubrication, the oil pressure, oil quantity, oil temperature, oil level and other parameters of the lubrication equipment, and confirm whether it is stable;
Check if there is any leakage phenomenon in the bolt joint of the ball mill barrel, of feeding car and of the link between barrel and the end cover;
Check whether the main bearing, main motor and pinion shaft set have abnormal vibration and abnormal sound, and ensure that the bearing temperature of each part does not exceed 60 °c;
Check whether the bolts between the joints are loose or abnormal, whether the ore water is uniform, whether the gasket and the liner are seriously worn. The wear of the ball mill lining plate should not be more than 70%;
Check if the pressure of the air compressor is normal, whether the operation is normal, whether the motor voltage and current are normal, whether the motor is overheated, whether the air path is leaking, etc.
Check the wear of the steel ball used in the ball mill, and monitor it real time to ensure that it can be replaced in time when the wear is serious;
Check the environmental sanitation of the equipment, all other part except the operation part must always be kept clean.
The lubrication system of the ball mill is mainly composed of oil pump, fuel tank, tubing, filter and cooler, hydraulic pressure regulating valve and indicating instrument device. The lubricating oil used of every lubrication points is different, and the oil filtration and oil change time are also different. Observe the oil pressure gauge regularly. The normal oil pressure should keep at 0.05-0.15 MPa. If the oil pressure difference before and after the filter cooler exceeds 0.04 MPa, the filter should be cleaned in time.
Check the oil temperature. The general return temperature is not allowed to exceed 60 ° C, it is recommended to install the temperature scale or detector, so you can directly measure the oil temperature and record and maintain more easily.
Check the oil quantity and cleanliness. Check the oil quantity and oil cleanliness can through the oil flow indicator, the observation hole on the hollow journal cover, and the oil level indicator in the fuel tank.
Check the oil pump, oil circuit and the sealing parts of each lubrication point in case oil leakage, sand injection and water inflow.
Every time before the ball mill is turned on, it is necessary to inject the grease into the motor bearing, pinion bearing, etc., and ensure the sealing and cleaning of the oil filling place.
The oil level and lubrication of each lubrication point of the ball mill should be checked at least every 4 hours.
For the new lubrication parts, all the oil should be poured out and replaced with new one, after 30 days of oil injection
When refueling or changing oil in winter, the oil should be heated to about 25 °C in advance. In addition, in winter stopping time is longer, we can turn the three-way cock at the water inlet of the main bearing to the waterproof position, and use the siphon effect to discharge the water in the spherical bush water channel to avoid freezing the spherical tile or the bearing block.
The daily cleaning works of the ball mill is mainly to prevent the ball mill from causing corrosion, rust and even blockage and wear of the ball mill body due to impurities, thereby guarantee the normal daily production of ball mill. Therefore, it is always necessary to maintain the daily sanitation of the ball mill equipment and ensure that there is no ash in the operation room or machine room, and the parts, materials and tools are stored neatly.
The staff is required to clean it every shift and clean it thoroughly once a week;
All platforms should be cleaned in time, and no dust should be accumulated.
The maintenance of the ball mill is in the above three aspects. It is important to note that there are no identical mines in the world, and even the same ore is different.
